All work, designs, research, and intellectual property created by us are owned exclusively by Quacys Smart Mobility and its Founder, Quacys Ramona Q. Williams.
Our Operating Model:
We operate remotely. Meetings, consultations, or visits take place by appointment only — you must contact us in advance to arrange any in‑person interaction.
2. Intellectual Property & Ownership — CRITICAL PROTECTION
All rights reserved.
• Every design, prototype, drawing, concept, image, text, research finding, innovation, or idea shown, shared, or discussed by us — whether on the website, in meetings, or in documents — is the exclusive property of Quacys Smart Mobility and Quacys Ramona Q. Williams.
• These works are protected by UK and international copyright laws, design rights, patent laws, and intellectual property regulations.
• You MAY NOT: Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, share, sell, or use any part of our work, designs, or ideas for any purpose — personal, commercial, or organisational — without our explicit written permission.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us may be used by us to develop our work, but all resulting designs and innovations remain our sole property.

• Where products or services become available, prices are shown in GBP (£) and comply with UK consumer law.
